This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users of mybilling.store (“we”, “our”, “us”), which provides billing and invoicing software for grocery stores and retail businesses.
By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Payments
- mybilling.store offers software subscription plans (monthly, yearly, or as specified).
- All payments are paid in advance.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as mentioned below.
2. Free Trial (If Applicable)
- Free trials are provided only for evaluation purposes.
- No refund is applicable for free trial usage.
- After the trial ends, charges will apply if you continue using the service.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Technical issue from our side that prevents access to the service and is not resolved within a reasonable time
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial usage of subscription period
- Incorrect plan selection by the user
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Issues caused by incorrect user configuration or internet problems
- GST or tax-related mistakes made by the user
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will stop future billing.
- Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for unused days.
6. Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- It is the user’s responsibility to cancel before renewal.
- Payments made after renewal are non-refundable.
7. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days
- Any payment gateway charges or taxes may be deducted
8. Service Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:
- Terms & Conditions are violated
- Illegal or fraudulent activities are detected
- Misuse of the software occurs

mybilling.store may update this policy at any time.
